Who? Lodo, cerebrum, etc.
when? after cerebrum pulls the gun out

"Wow!" yelled lodo, "is that a Berrata X-14 pistol?"
"Why, yes, i believe..." said cerebrum. They both walk out the door talking about the gun. Lodo sticks his hand in the door making an OK sign with his fingers
