Lovers tiff.....again.. (Joint post by Jay and Alota)

Jay, left Cain to his clone-elimination, and dashed off down the corridor, stopping only when he heard the muffled screams of his duplicates followed by a brief 'squelch'.
"Thank smeg for that" he muttered, and continued toward his quarters, he'd just recieved the news that they were getting some shore leave to New Ibiza, finally, once he'd co-ordinated the landing shuttle trips for the crew he and Alota could FINALLY, spend some much needed time together.
He got to their quarters, tripped on the doormat and entered finding Alota packing some clothes into a suitcase ready for the shore leave.
Alota looked up as Jay entered "Hello dear" she said in a chirpy sounding voice, packing an incredibly revealing bikini into the suit case, "It's about time we had some shore leave" she smiled looking at Jay as he finally picked himself off the floor, only to whack his head on the shelf just by the door.
"Watch your head" Alota smirked leaving the bedroom area and comming into the living room type area, she gave Jay a quick kiss before picking up something off the table and throwing it into the suitcase,
"Have you finished packing yet?" she asked Jay, who looked at the suitcases lying on the bed, all five of them, "You mean you haven't packed for me already?" he asked,
"Oh no, that's all my stuff," Alota smiled looking back at Jay
"You know were only taking ONE shuttle!" Jay said, smirking "And I dont get enough of a fuel budget to make that many trips!"
He slumped on the sofa, "Still, be nice to actually get to spend some time together"
"Yeh" said Alota "Instead of you spending all your time in Parrots with the likes of Dean and that Kara"
Alota quickly adds "Not that I mind the pair it's just Dean at this particular point of time loves to fly into the drive room" she chuckles "I wouldn't mind it's just the fact that I'm still in the drive room whilst he decides to crash through it, Kara I don't know but to be hanging out with Dean she must be just as suicidal!"
"Blue Dwarf pilots..with me as a boss who can blame them?" Jay said "Actually, Dean tends to be more interested in the new nurse Jasmine lately, so it's pretty much just me and Kara"..
"What?" Alota said, a sudden change of tone in her voice "Dean wasn't there?"
"Not all the time no"
"I hope you weren't flirting with her Jay Montague Chrysler, I know what your like!" she hissed slamming down the suitcase lid.
"Flirting?!" Jay said, genuinley hurt "Shes an old friend! For crying out loud Alota!"
"Did you just yell at me?"
"Well if you wern't accusing me of flirting with every woman I see!"
"Why deny the truth Mr Egotistical, always flirting with god damn women, it's never me anymore!" Alota squeals
"For christs sake Alota, the only woman I'm interested in on AND OFF this ship is you!, I woulda thought after all this time you might have learned to trust me a little bit!"
If looks could kill Jay would be maggot food by now.
  "Are you saying that you don't think I trust you?!" Alota hissed turning to face him with dark pissed off eyes.
"Well it certainly seems like it sometimes! You dont see me over-reacting when you talk to guys on the ship!"
"Perhaps cause I don't throw myself at them!" she places her hands on her hips "Unlike you!"
"Hey I'm just friendly thats all!" he said waving his hands around defensivley, "And it bothers you that much I'll never talk to another woman again!, geez Alota, lighten up!"
"Lighten up!" glaring ice she continued "I'm not saying don't talk to another women I'm saying stop throwing yourself at them!"
"Ok, sorry I forgot, Supposedly I'm cheating on you, y'know Cerebrums good at gettin rid of PARANOID DELUSIONS!" he said raising his voice again, he was surprising himself he hated shouting at Alota
"PARANOID DELUSIONS!!!!!! I'LL GIVE YOU PARANOID DELUSIONS!" she turned around and slapped Jay, of course this being Alota a slap from her is about the equivelent to a high kick
Jay, reeled. and turned his back on Alota, "You know I married you because you were the woman I wanted to spend my life with, you were the woman who stole my heart, and if you cant see that...."
"I can see that you jackass!" Alota shouted "But you obviously like to throw yourself at other women, when was the last time you spoke to me?!" she screams
"Alota...I..I never wanted to hurt you, but please, you gotta trust me" Jay said, lowering his tone
"Hm" she turned his back on him and walked into the bedroom with the door sliding shut behind her.
Jay watched the door slam in a Keto-esque mechanical sliding door slamming way.
He threw himself back on the sofa "IDIOT!" he yelled, smacking himself hard on the forehead. "why the smeg did I help Dean with HIS women troubles when I cant even deal with my own?!"
Alota slumped onto the bed that her suit cases where on, she threw them on the floor to her shore leave was now cancelled.
