When : After tara threated to cut off phils dangley bits

There was a stunned silience...
 
"Is she normall like that?" Asked WW to Phil...
 
"No, somethings REALLY bugging her lately...and this time I don't think MP's being doing stuff to her underwear again...."
 
"Speaking of which, where is he...?"
 
"He was right.....sod  it, he's run off again...."
 
Again, there was a paused silence....
 
"So...Any ideas?...and I DON@T mean about MP..." said WW who could almost see the though "Well, he's propbaly run to Parrots or my office.." crossing Phil's mind
 
"Ohh, about the Oil?"
 
"Yeah..Any ideas..."
 
"Well, I do have one...but I don't think you'll like it, I'm not to keen on it...."
 
That made WW nervous..If Phil didn't like it and it was HIS idea..."Spit it out..."
 
"But I'm not eating gum..."
 
"You've been hanging around Holly too long..."
 
"Sorry. Well my idea is this..." phil said pulling out a napkin he had doodled on earlier.
 
"Is that what I think it is?" asked the giant hamster...
 
"Yep....It's a space catapult...My plan is to put the oil into hyper-dense barrels , then literlay shoot it at the earth at a very fast speed."
 
"Nice idea, how do you stop the barrels from going splat once they reach earth..."
 
"Well, that's the bit I don't like..."
 
"What? What don't you like about it?" WW was very nervous now...
 
"I havn't a clue...any suggestions?"
