"Why not you nitwit....." Phil said, starting to get a bit peeved..

Phil was so annoyed by the way cain treated himn he decided to go down to the promanade and start arresting people for stupid reasons....

Things were goin very well, thought Phil as he browsed through his note book...So far he had arrested people for :
 
Being Bloody Stupid  - Lost count after 20
Looking at me funny - x 2
Smelling - x 3
Arguing with the cheif of secuirty x 3
Calling the C.O.S a "smegging gimp" - x 5
Bleeding over the floor where the COS had punched them in the face for saying the above - x 5
 
As he was following a suspect(that is he was suspected of a #312 (wrong kind of shoes)) heading towards Mcdonalds, Phil was almost run over...
 
"Mp there you are...Where the frell have you been...."
 
"Eeeeeee......"
 
"What, with admiral...?"
 
"Eeee.eee....eeee....EEEE...e"
 
"In a jar?....Ewwww. So, Keto's fixed it?"
 
"Eee..."
 
"Look, I better warn you tara's feeling a bit ....odd right now...so don't go back to quarters okay....I'm off to find WW to see if he can approve a plan I've got...Then I'm off to see Cerebrum about ...well...never you mind about Cerebrum, just go and Find WW and ask him if he still needs my servvices with regards to the oil etc...."
 
MP ran off, stopping in Mcdonalds for a large shake and a donout..
 
Watching the midget run, Phil turned around and fell over again, having run into someone else....
