Tara sat behind her desk and unlocked the draw in her desk, then the hidden drawer in the drawer then a safety deposit box in the hidden drawer. She took out the papers and read the writing on them, looking for comfort in the writing.
"You never lie. ... documents tell the truth." She whispered the words and put them back and pulled out some different papers. News paper clippings about her parents crash, showing the crash site or the charred remains of the starbug. The locked the box up and hid it again. She lent on her desk and rubbed her temples a headache forming. Something caught her eye in the corner of the room. It was the DNA test that her and eve had taken ages ago, unopened, the results unread. How it rolled in was a mystery, along with the force that urged her to open it. Tara got up and picked it up off the floor and went into the main medi-bay area. She open the test with shaky hands scared of what she would find, but confident that it would be negative. The results were displayed clear as day. Positive match. Tara sat down, granted on the floor and getting strange looks but the shock made her not care.
"Holly." she said to the digital dim wit "get Eve Rimmer in here now" Tara looked at the results again, going pale. "It can't be true..... mum died.... it's not true" she said bursting into tears of shock, grief and anger. Eve came into the room, Tara thrust the test at her before running out of the room......<Tag... sorry if it was with no warning but hey.....>
