"We're losing the hydralic pressure to all the avionics! Buttecus accidently yanked the all tubes open when he fell and it's spraying all over back there. So everyone grab hold of the flight stick, because in a few seconds, Jay ain't gonna have enough strength to move it by himself!"
 
The passengers ran into the cokpit as quickly as they could, Olaf jiggling humourously as he did so. 
"What the hell happened?" asked Jay "All of a sudden I went into a death dive!"
"Hydraulics" white Wolf replied, "You're gonna need our help" Everyone grabbed the stick. The whine from the engines was deafening, a high pitched squeal as the Starbug plummetted through the atmosphere, with a red-hot glow on the nose. 
"PHIL!" Jay yelled "PULL UP!!!"
"I am pulling up!" he replied "Im pulling the stick back as much as I can!" Phil was standing at a 90 degree angle to Jay's left, and was indeed pulling back, on the stick, trouble is due to the way he was stood he was pulling it to the left.
"Pull back towards ME muppet!" Jay shouted
"Oh right.."
"EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!"
The shuttle levelled off, ok so it didnt level off at all but it did lift it's nose by about one millionth of an inch.
"Theres no way I can land!" Jay said loudly, trying tp make himself heard over the engine whine, "Even with reverse thrusters on full power I can level out for landing"
"Over there!" said WW, pointing with his head outside of the windscreen.
"I see it!" Jay said spotting the latrge body of water that White Wolf had pointed out. 
"Everyone pull starboard!"
"EEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!"
"Starboard?" asked Phil
"Right"
"yeh I know but which way's that?"
"RIGHT!" jay, Olaf and White Wolf shouted together
"I AM PULLING RIGHT!"
"PHILLIP!!! MY RIGHT!!!" Jay said annoyed. "Ah smeg it, PUSH FORWARD PHIL!"
"EEEEEEEEEEE!"
"NOT YOU Mini-phil!" Jay said to the miget on his right YOU PULL BACK!!!"
The shuttle managed to turn enough with help from the manouvering thrusters to alter course sufficiently to hit the lake. The small green shuttle hit the water, water splashing several feet into the air, the windscreen filling with water.
"Switching to marine propulsion" Jay muttered flicked a switch that activated the turbines, and sat back allow the ships general bouyancy to allow it to rise back to the lakes surface. "See, this is why I protect my No-claims bonus..."
