Action Post!!! - The Blue Dwarf enters the Amadeus system...

The Huge hamster was sitting in the Blue dwarf drive room's Captains
chair with a huge copy of the renovation plans unfolded accross his
lap and the rest of the chair, as he stuck his paw down upon the
masssive blue prints to mark the spot in the plans, and flipping
through a thick book which was supposed to the blue prints index and
explaination reference with his other paw, when he Lamented, "What
the?!? This index says that button G-12 on the command console in the
briefing room activates a Stir fry cooker number on the stove! I
don't remember there being a stove in there... Alota, Would you get
that Architect up here right away so he can explain to me what is
what around her. I give up trying to figure this stuff out on my
own..."
Alota nodded as Jay quickly entered the drive room gave her a quick
husband to wife hug, and grabbed up the first officers daily duties &
status reports clipboard and started reviewing it.
Jay walked up behind the helm station and asked, "Hey mike, it looks
like we should be entering the Amadeus 5 system soon, so we're making
good time. By the way we what speed are we doing right now? I'm
supposed to check it and enter it in into the log."
"I'm reducing to about one third light as we enter the system."
Replied mike.
Just about then, thirty Zack & Cubie couples exited the Briefing room
rather huffily, followed by Cerebrum, Pedfiddle and Smith & Smith.
Both Jay & mike glanced backward at the commotion briefly, but just
long enough to miss on the screen a huge sign passing by with the
words, "Your now entering a patrolled speed zone - No traveling
faster than 167,400,000 miles per hour by order of the Amadeus
Traffic council."
"Oh good, their done! Now I can go back in there and check this stir
fry cooker thing out!" said the rotund hamster as he quickly tried
properly folding up the oversized blueprints, but suddenly discovered
that properly folding up the blueprints was about as easy as folding
one of those stupid car maps. He tossed the blueprints to the floor
in disgust, and entered the briefing room.
A breif click & whirring noise came from inside the briefing room,
and then the drive crew hears the hamster blurt out, "Well, I'll be!
It's even got a wine & sauce rack."
Then the huge hamster pokes his head out of the briefing rooms
enterance to call out to them, "Say, Any of you hungry for some stir
fry? No? Well, if any of you need me I'm gonna be in here trying this
little beauty out."

Meanwhile outside, as the Blue Dwarf was passing a small asteroid
which just so happened to be concealing a small police space cruiser
which, immediately after the Blue Dwarf had passed it, had flicked on
it's lights & siren and sped after the Blue Dwarf.

Within seconds, as Alota sat at her communications console listening
to the various channels quiet murmuring, when surprisingly all of
them suddenly blared "This is Amadeus Traffic control car #127 to JMC
Blue Dwarf - You are in violation of Amadeus traffic council decree
#2193487, please halt immediately or we will forced to apply our
gravitonic anchor to stop you."
Less than two seconds passed as Alota tried to get over her amusement
at the silliness of this statement, when the Blue Dwarf jerked
jarringly to a halt in space throwing everyone (and everything) off
thier feet in a split second.
After a few startled seconds there was only the sound of pots & pans
and various other things crashing to the floor throughout the ship.
Then from the breifing room, came a loud mutter of, "Could it be that
all of our pilots have trained under the same instructor as Jay?!?"
Then the large hamster quickly stomped into the drive room while
wearing Cooking apron, and demanded, "What in harris's name was that -
Did the Blue Dwarf just hit some big iceberg like the titanic?"
"I don't know..." Started Jay getting up from the floor, while
helping Alota back into her seat.
"I was piloting nicely to Amadeus 5, and everything going just fine -
until WHAM! It was like we hit some invisible wall..." explained mike
from the helm station.
"Uh... I think the cops may have pulled us over..." said Alota
"Say What?!?" Blurted Jay.
"I heard some on the comm channels about a traffic violation and
we're supposed to stop right way or they'd apply some anchor..."
replied Alota.
"That was some Anchor..." commented Mike.
"There's a Police Cruiser is in the landing bay, and thier demanding
to see the ships superior officer immediately." Said Holly from one
of the drive rooms wall monitors.
"Alright... Jay, your in charge up here while I go down there and
find out what this is all about." Says the Huge Hamster.

Several minutes later, in the landing bay ...
"What seems to the problem, Officer?" Asks White Wolf while coming up
to a Burly looking man wearing a Police uniform and mirrored
sunglasses which was standing in front of the cruiser and writing
furiously on a little yellow pad.
"Good morning sir, I'm Officer Duly. Are you the Highest Ranking
officer of this ship?" says the stern looking burly Policman.
"Um no, the highest ranking officer on board would be Admiral
Buttecus, and He's taking a nap right now I imagine. But, I'm the
acting Captain of the Blue Dwarf, is there something I can help you
with?" offered the overgrown hamster gentilely.
The man wrote in his pad for a few seconds, then tore off the top
sheet and handed it to the huge hamster as he said gruffly, "This is
his summons to the amadeus traffic court, he is to appear in court
tommorrow. Have a good day, citizen."
The great big hamster stood still for a moment as he glanced down at
the sheet of paper which read, "You are in violation of Amadeus
traffic council decree #2193487, Exceeding the posted speed
limits..." It went with line after line of legal wording.
"Um... Sir, Wait a moment. I don't understand... Could you explain
this all to me?" Started the overgrown hamster as the uniformed man
spun on his heel, and ignoring him boarded his craft and took off
from the Blue Dwarf's landing bay.
The huge hamster sighed, "What a day this turning into - Now we've
got to tell that old guy that he's got a speeding ticket and we've
got to escort him to traffic court tommorrow..."

OOC - Sorry about the delay! I was a little busy coordinating some
stuff behind the scenes for this action plot. BTW - A couple of you
