BOOM!

<sorry...im lacking inspiration at the mo...>
Who:- Jay
Where:- A seemingly endless corridor
The corridor was silent apart from the footsteps on the deckplate
and the heavy breathing from exertion. Jay had been running for what
seemed like an hour..it had in fact been a few minutes but this
corridor never seemed to end. The the doors were only a short way
between each other and the last sign Jay had seen read 'quarters
unit 678 Ens. J wildflower'.
He'ed taken a guess that he was on the habitation deck. One more
turn around a junction and he came face to face with....a bulkhead.
great. Seems he'd reached the bough of the ship and there was no
where else to run. Closing behind him he could just make out the
voice of the kid, shouting at the hamster to slow down. They were
closing, fast.
It was thenhe noticed the ventilation shaft above, he leapt pulling
the grate off the ceiling, and then leapt again, clutching the rim
of the shaft by his fingertips and with a great effort managed to
pull himself in and quickly crawl along the shaft. He sound found a
jefferies tube, anmd climbed up the ladder, a few decks upwards. By
now White wolf would be in the vents, but hopefully, he wouldnt know
which floor Jay had gone to.
A few minutes later, Jay came to a hatch he slid it open slightly.
just enough to peer through. It seemed to open into a science lab.
there was two people, and a midget in the room. He coudnt make out
what they were saying but it sounded like a man and a woman. It
wasnt long before they left. Jay opened the hatch the rest of the
way. And jumped down into the lab. He pulled a grenade off his belt.
pulled the pin, and ran from the room, tossing the grenade on the
floor behind him. Running along the corridor and taknig cover he
felt the deck rumble as the grenade went off, an alarm sounded and
he heard the people who had just left run back down the corridor.
He smirked to himslelf, guys gotta have some fun once in a while.
