ACTION:- haarrr me hearties

Two fleets of shuttlecraft headed for each other, one on the attack, the other defence.
Jay leading the attacking squadron shouted an order into the comm system.
"Take out their defences, allow the Rapier to dock, use ny means necessary!"
The pirate fleet split apart, flying off in all directions,
Jay engaged the Valkyrie. Flying at it  at breackneck speed he opened fire, riddling the hull of the valkyrie with holes.
The Valkyrie wasnt the weakest of ships to be pitted against, as Jay soon found out. A volley of machine gun fire had made a few holes sure, but the ship itself was undamaged, all Jay had managed to do was piss off its pilot. Kayn piloted the ship in a loop, bringing it up behind Jays ship as he passed overhead. The laser cannon on the ships nosecone glowed a light blue, and seconds later unleashed a wave of energy toward Jays ship.
If Jay hadnt thrown the ship out of the way he would have been obliterated. But Chrysler wasn't exactly a sitting duck, he expertley flew the shuttle in a barrel roll, and pulled up, flying along the hull of the BLue Dwarf, firing the odd missile at its hull just for good measure, Kayns blast of Laser fire skimmed past the undeside of Jays ship as he rolled, and carried on, burning into the side of the Dwarf. 
Jay returned for another volley, learning from his earlier mistake of underestimating the Valkyries power he released a missile. Straight into the thrusters.
He performed a victory roll as the fuel ignited, and the Valkyries engine eploded in a white hot shower of metal shards, leaving Kayn adrift in space.
The rest of Jays squadron wernt doing too badly either, they had  already decimated over half of the Blue Dwarf's fleet.
 
Deans radio crackeld with the voices of the Fleet all calling for backup or sending mayday calls. "Where the hell is Jay when you need him?!" he muttered, and headed for the ship that had taken out Kayn. Starbugs were never designed for battle, and against a fleet of purpose built fighters didnt really stand a chance, he took aim, and let go a round of Gaussian shotgun fire, the pilot of the fighter dodged every shot, and opened fire with another wave of machine gun fire, taring of the 'bugs forward landing leg. he circled around the ship, and unleashed another missile into the exhaust vent, witnessing the spectacle of engine explosion for a second time, andsmirked as Dean spiralled out of control toward the upper levels of the Blue Dwarf. 
"Good work Chrysler" came the voice of Kane over the comm, come back in for alnding then prepare for assault"
The Rapier was preparing to dock with the Dwarf, its docjking tunnels had extended and the crew were cutting into the Blue Dwarfs hull as they had done on the frieghter earlier.
"Be right with you captain" Jay replied "I got one more on radar, moving fast"
"How fast?"
"I'd say recklessly fast, it'll be here in no time"
"Deal with it, then join us on the Blue Dwarf"
"It'll be a pleasure..."
Jay flew off in the direction where he had picked up the last BLue Dwarf shuttle Hopefully he thought this will be a challenge, Looking at the ID code for the ship he learned its designation. JMC SPACE EAGLE II.

In the drive room, Allie was desparing, the Dwarf was being boarded by ruthless space pirates, "Ashley" she said turning to the console officer "call acting captian Chrysler to the Drive room" Ashley did so, thenAllie took the mike.
"ALL HANDS RED ALERT WE ARE UNDER ATTACK DEFEND THE BLUE DWARFREPEAT DEFEND THE BLUE DWARF!"............
