Who - Bartholemew Havoc (the third), Penny Lloyd, Captain Samantha
Hussain.
When - Right after Alota was reassigned to Bog cleaning duty and
decided to even the score with miss Hussain.
Where - Geez, if you don't know by now, just read and figure it out...

Alota paged the captain, "Captaaaaaaaain" she bleated remembering the
plan, "Your toileeet has been cleeeeeeeaned" she finished, "Good I'll
be down to inspect it in a minute". Alota made a hasty retreat. She
ran all the way over to captain cannons memorial toilet before she
heard a
"AGGGGGGGGGGGH SOMEONE GET ME A HACKSAW MY ARSE IS STUCK TO THE
TOILET SEAT" followed by a "EWW WHO PUT CLINGFILM THERE"

Penny & Havoc stuck their heads out from around the corner as if
listening for something, then Miss Lloyd comments to Havoc, "Frell -
it didn't go off! I knew we should have used a mercury switch instead
of that pressure switch you handed me!"
"Give it moment, remember the pressure switch won't trigger the
charge until she gets up from the seat... " replies Havoc patiently.
Some grunting noises come from the Captain's toilet for a few
seconds, followed by a

A huge cloud of dust billowed out of the captain's toilet, and then
Hussain's voice screamed out, "Chrysler!!! I'm reassigning you to
replace that no good resigning furball as head of sanitization of the
ore processing facility! Perhaps, at least, there you can do the job
right for once!"
As Captain Hussain stormed on by looking for all the world like a
wierd cartoon character completely blackened and spiky haired from
the explosion, Miss Lloyd & Havoc quietly shook hands and smuggly
smiled at each other.
