History
Larry was born on earth, in New Zealand. He moved to America at the age of 20. He got a job with the LAPD, where, after 7 months he had moved up the ranks to LA Police Chief. He was picked out by the FBI's special ops unit. He spent alot of time under cover, gathering information on drug dealers, big time burglars, murderers and escaped cons. He also spent some time with the FBI's special Hostage recovery unit. He left the job when, in an under cover obbo gone wrong, four other agents were shot dead before his eyes. He then decided to rejoin after a year off as a negotiator. He was shipped off to the JMC when his papers got muddled up.
