Where: Ray's usual hide out (docking bay)
Who: Ray only.
When: Just after the Real Jay arrives.
      Ray had finally figured out that the evil people also had good sides to.  Upon this discovery he was quit worried when the Phoenix landed.  But when Jay exited with the sword Ray had his handgun focused on Jay, of course very few people know that Ray carries his handgun with him and security would be pissed if they found out but Ray didn't think anyone would notice right now anyway.  His idea worked and as he listened he realized that this was the good half of Jay and not the one he should shoot, so he hid his handgun again.  When Jay mentioned that the Phoenix was the only thing that could catch up with the Missile Ray coughed rather loudly.  He had been thinking and figured he could strap an extra O2 tank on one side of his bike and an extra Fuel tank on the other side.  If anything could catch the missile that engine with a seat and a fuel tank could.  
      Unfortunately for Ray the trio he had coughed at did not notice his cough so he tried again quite loudly and rather poorly in other words he simply said "COUGH COUGH!"  However by then the trio and most of the rest of the crew had left so Ray figured he would have to do this thing on his own.
