The Blue Midget chased hot on the tail of the Starbug.
 
"We're not going to catch them up before they get to the wormhole!" Seymour yelled.
"We'll have to grapple them." Jay said.
"Grapple? What next? So you expect me to go outside in a space suit and lassoo them with a rope?"
Jay was getting annoyed with his Captain being so dumb and naive. "No, the Blue Midgets have a built-in grappling hook underneath the cockpit, you should know that, you spent a lot of time with these things trying to teach them to line dance."
 
"Lambada. I was teaching them the Lambada!"
 
Jay looked at Seymour.
Seymour looked at himself.
"I remembered that!" he said with joy. "If only I could remember how to make Chicken and Asparagus soup or Eggplant stuffed L'italienne then I wouldn't have to have cheese toasties all of the time."
 
Jay fired the grappling hook. The clawed metal head shot out from the nose of the Blue Midget and struck the back of DK's Starbug which was just reaching the epicentre of the wormhole. It dug deep into the green metal, disabling one of the engines. Jay slammed the small ship's brakes on and put it into full reverse, both ships jolted causing Seymour to hit his head against the windscreen.
He moaned and hopped around whilst holding his nose.
 
The starbug swung inches away from the edge of the wormhole, it's one remaining engine not having the power to pull free of the smaller craft's grip.
