One fork and one outlet... a deadly combination

Acting Captain Allie Fletcher held the metal fork an
inch away from the wall socket, trying to decide
whether or not she should jam it in there and fry her
light-bee.
"What the hell was I thinking, Acting Captain?" she
mumbled. "This is totally insane, this ship. And me,
stuck as Captain. I must have been out of my mind! And
White Wolf's missing; those two smeg-brains Dren and
Dirk looking for him; the real captain without his
memory; and even if he's finally gotten it back, no
one knows where he is! I'm surrounded by idiots, and
I'm no better." She sighed. "I'm gonna do it. Silicon
Heaven, here I come!"
Ashley the Ensign came in then, grinning inanely.
She saw Allie, the fork and the outlet, and asked,
"What are you doing, Allie?"
"I'm going to end my futile existence again."
Ashley continued to grin. "Really?"
Allie tossed the fork out of her sight. "No, not
really." She frowned. "Any news on White Wolf or the
Captain?"
"You are the Captain," she replied.
"No! The real Captain. Seymour Niples, you dolt!"
Allie shrieked.
"Oh, no. None on White Wolf either," Ashley relayed.
"Wanna know what's happening on the rest of the ship?"
"Anarachy as usual, I suppose," Allie groaned.
"Pretty much, yeah."
Allie started to look around for her fork,
reconsidering her options. "Whatever. Ashley, inform
me as soon as Niples or White Wolf are found. Until
then, I don't want to be disturbed."
"Will you be planning a course of action?" Ashley
asked excitedly.
"No, I'll be gutting fish," she replied
sarcastically. "Yes, of course I'll be planning a
course of action, you blond-headed annoyance! Now
leave!"
OOC-Okay, I don't have any idea as to what to do yet,
so I'll need a some time to think. If anyone has any
suggestions, please e-mail me! I'm desperate. Oh yeah,
Merry Christmas, Happy Hannukah, Happy Kwanza, or
whatever you celebrate.
