>"What's her problem?" Sean said to Coffey.
Coffey sighed.
"Well, I think she has something very disturbing
troubling her mind." she guessed, addressing Sean. The
man nodded. Reaching for his forehead, he whiped away
a smear of melted chocolate ice cream.
"No kidding." he said.
Regarding the newest incarnation of Trisees, she
sighed again. It was hard getting used to all the
splitting and revolving personalities. The way things
were going, she was never going to get her original
Shakespeare back. Which meant their quarters were
never going to get the redecorating finished. Which
made Coffey cranky since she loved looking at paint
colour samples.
"Alright, then. Shakespeare was a brilliant if
slightly bonkers surgeon. Trisees was a top calibre
scientist. And I'm afraid the dog back in quarantine
is just a dog and not much use to anyone right now.
But what do you have to offer as a crew member, Mr.
Mayer? Any skills?"
Mayer looked a little surprised.
"I didn't think of that. I have to work here?" He
glanced warily at the woman who had kicked him out of
the chair and clocked him with an ice cream lid.
"Well, it helps. Do you know any astronavigation?
Spacecraft piloting? Xenobotany? How to clean a pot
noodle machine?"
"Wow, those kind of things weren't even around in my
time. Except the pot noodle dispensers. I do not want
anything to do with those, however. Um, well, I'm
rather talented at web design I like to think and..."
"Web design? You mean like those silly dream catcher
things they sell as authentic American Indian art at
spaceports even though they were made by Hippogriff
Gelfs?"
This time Mayer sighed. He was way out of his century
and the reality of things was beginning to sink in.

OOC : Lol Sean, how do you get away with using a
reasonable facsimile of your real self in a RPG?
