Re: [JMC_Blue_Dwarf] Re: helloo to Lt. eddie/does some work.
Well, apparently Roskev was just like everyone else in security. Dren thought about studying law, so he could prosecute all the smeg heads that have gotten in his way. A man had a right to pursue fun didn't he? Walking through the halls he ran into Lloyd.
"Hey baby, what's shakin?" Dren asked.
"Not much just finished roughing up Fingers, He was pick pocketing again." She replied.
"Better that than trying to kill me." Dren said.
"Hey I haven't seen you singing in Parrot's lately. Where have you been?" She asked.
"Building an escape pod, and a snow machine. I might head down there right now, Join me for a beer?" Dren ginned.
"Sure, I'm getting off in an hour."She said.
"If I'm as good as I think you will be." Dren said.
"Come again?" Lloyed asked.
"Yes you will." Dren said.
"Huh?" She looked puzzled.
"Nothing. I'll see you in an hour." Dren said. Things were looking up. First there was the hottie in the exam taking up for him, now he'd seen Penny again. Dren whistled all the way to the promenade. The snow had melted in the promenade. Dren waded through the four feet of water to Parrot's. He saw a bottle. He picked it up. A note was inside. Dren retrived and read it. Hmmm, naked ladies trapped in the Burger Czar. Eating pizza no less. This day was indeed looking up. Dren swam to the Burger Czar.
Empty. The whole damn place was empty. Dren replaced the note and threw the recorked bottle out of the store. Maybe she was in the kitchen. Dren goes to the back of the kitchen. Empty. He scours around looking for the nude woman. No luck. As hge turns around he bumps a large shelf. Cursing he grabs a pipe off the wall, unfortunatly it was a water line. water pours into the room. Dren tries to fix the pipe when inexplicable the shelf topples over pinning him to the wall. He hears distant laughter. "Fingers!" He thinks to himself. Hopefully someone else would be stupid enough to be lured in here by the message in the bottle. Dren looks at the pipe gushing water. The water level was rising. No one but him was stupid enough to fall for that smegging message. He had to beleive some one was, though. He bet his life on it.
