Keto and Cerebrum sitting in a tree...L.I.T.E.R.-ally

Who:- Jay, medi-peeps, big bit of wood with pink bits, and Cerebrum
Where:- atop said bit of wood with pink bits
When:- shortly after scrabbling up said bit of wood with pink bits
"No attention, no attention at all!" glowered Keto as he hastily
followed.
The tree ran like it had never ran before, possibly because it HAD
never ran before. The triceratops pursued, but soon tired from
chasing the tasty pink one. It wasnt often the tree faced a creature
that would actually eat him, but herbivorous dinosaurs weren't
exactly your garden variety wildlife.
After a few minutes of running the tree was exhausted, and stopped
for a breather.
Jay appoached Cerebrum, "Can i see your map?"
Before Cerebrum could respond Jay took the tricorder of him and
scrabbled up the nearest tall tree to get a view of the area.
Jay trusted Cerebrums ability to read a map about as much as he
trusted Kayn to fly the Phoenix..worse than that..about as much as he
trusted Keto to treat his injuries, Chrysler however trusted his own
abilties, he was after all a navigation officer, his career depended
on his ability to read starcharts and atlases, He knew what he was
doing..he..was looking at a map of Disneyland.
After about 10 minutes he clambered down.
"Right..the river narrows about half amile from here, we should be
able to use the tree as a bridge..."
"RUSTLE??!!"
"What did he say?"
"Rustle"
"Thank you Vanessa for your productive translation"
"Sorry..um...tree..but we dont really have a lot of choice, we need
to get to that base just to contact the Dwarf. people must be getting
worried by now, least of all Alota and Phil"
