"Lets just find some civilisation constructed buildings of some sort, I assume there will be some seeing as we were going to some kind of alien base.  And work out what we'll do from there.  I can out drive these dinosaurs to the ground," he said patting the steering wheel "Unless any of you have a better plan of where we go and what we do?" --------------------------------------------------- Tara sat staring at the twins who were now fluent speakers of english and were around about three years old their clothes were very badly stretched and torn out of shape, Tara was chewing on a bit of Barney's thigh watching the twins play the twins kept going back to the meat that had been put in the van for them and picking bits off and making a lot of mess of what they were wearing.
"Amber, Rufus, eat nicely" she said tired. It was getting dark outside the truck, only the fire provided light, the trees obscured most of the setting suns rays. Rufus walked over to Tara, something that was still rather suprising to Tara, he whispered in Tara's ear
"Mommy, I need to go pee pee" Rufus said dancing about a bit. Tara sighed, she looked out side into the bush, still slightly in shock, it was very dusky and strange noises were coming out of the bushes
"Ok Rufie, come on" Tara helped him out of the truck andover to a clump of bushes (details not needed...). When he was done, Tara lifted him into the truck again "Amber honey?" Amber looked up
"Mm hmm?"
"Do you need the loo? Once we leave here w may not be stopping for a while" Amber considered whether she needed to go to the loo and finally decided she did
"But it's dark and im scarred what if one of those big scary things comes again?" Amber whimpered
"Don't worry babe, i'll protect you, and nice Mr Trisees has a gun" Tara cringed at having to use nice and Trisees in the same sentence, Amber's bladder finally decided if she didn't go to the loo in a bush it would go on its own. So again Tara walked over to the bush (and again details not needed).
When she got back everyone was in the truck,
"Ready to go now Cleavage?" Keto asked in a miffed way
"Yes I am thank you, Twins, you ready?" they nodded and Tara signalled Trisees to go, the wheels screeched and the Truck took of at 90 mph. Amber sat down next to Jay and snuggled up to him, Jay smiled at her,
"Hey Amber Alota will get jealous" he joked
"Who's 'Lota" asked Amber "She's your..." he looked at Tara for help
"She's you Auntie" said Tara in the voice you keep aside for small children and animals
"That makes you my uncle." Amber stated
"Hello Uncle Jay" said Rufus, who had taken a time out on pestering Keto. Jay looked a bit stunned, and Rufus went back to seeing how far he could push Keto before he yelled at him. Amber was now asleep against Jay
"You know, I think she likes you" Coffee said.....
