Halloween Party

OOC-Okay, here we go. Sorry about yesterday, but after
my dad blew a fuse in the room with our computer, I
had to go to work. Then after work, I went bowling
with a group of people and didn't get home till late.
RPG-Console Officer and Acting First Officer Allie
Fletcher sat back, admiring her work. She'd spent
almost two days, without a break, decorationg the
hardly used gym. Novelties and signs hung all around,
perfectly placed thanks to a few volunteers from the
Security Department (Actually, they volunteered once
they heard that she would buy them a round of drinks
at Parrott's later)
The make-shift stage, for the band she had left an
open invitation for, sat epmpty in the corner of the
room. She couldn't wait to see who showed up to jam,
as she didn't have time to officially hire anyone.
Anyway, it would seem more in the spirit of things if
it was all improvised.
When she was sure everything was set, she turned to
the nearest screen. "Holly."
"Yes, Acting First Officer?" the computer asked.
"Make an announcement to the ship," she instructed.
"Tell them that all those that want to unwind, head to
the gym and party. Free food and drinks. It's Blue
Dwarf's first annual "Monster Bash." Best cotume wins
a prize."
