Welcome aboard
Who: Cerebrum, everybody in the docking bay
Where: Instead of making my usual humorous and/or sarcastic comment
here, I'm just going to say Docking Bay
Cerebrum had been informed via his communicator that new crewmembers
would be coming onboard. He didn't want to give up his session with
Donover, it was going so well. In fact, Donover had actually stopped
screaming for help, though that might have had something to do with
Cerebrum temporarily cutting off his supply of oxygen.
Fortunately, the docking bay was nearby, so it was a simple matter of
clubbing Donover unconcious and dragging him along. In the docking
bay, he stepped in front of the new crewmembers and said, "I am Dr
Patrick Cerebrum, the chief psychiatrist on board the Blue Dwarf. It
is customary to say fine vessel, but, unfortunately, I'm not a
pathological liar. Anyway, I will have to run standard psychological
evaluations on all of you to determine whether or not you live up to
my expectations of mental health. You are required to scheduale
appointments in the next week."
Donover raised his head and moaned, then Cerebrum whacked him in the
face. "Shut up, Donover. So people, any questions?"
