Re: [JMC_Blue_Dwarf] Re: Meanwhile...
(Just in case anyone's confused, this happened before Dark Katrina made her
way to the drive room)
"Well, well." Edwards commented. "What do we have here?"
Edwards lashed out with the whip again sending another streak of pain
straight form the depths of hell running through the Dark Katrina's
body. Then Edwards kicked DK in the stomach, hard.
Dark Katrina doubled over and groaned. Edwards moved over and put
her gun to the back of DK's head.
Dark Katrina looked up at the somewhat blurry Edwards, and moaned pittifully.
"Get up," Edwards instructed.
Katrina did as she was told, her eyes looking slightly different than before.
They looked almost...sad.
"Get moving," Edwards went on. "To the brig."
Katrina nodded. "Okay, just don't hurt me, Charlie,"
Edwards stopped. "That's Lt Edwards to you."
"Oh, so guess we're not sisters in this universe, then?" DK went on.
"Sisters?!"
DK nodded solenmly. "Yeah, Charlie. We grew up on Mimas, the city with the
toughest Saturday night in the solar system. That's why we joined the Space
Corps, so we could be even tougher than we already were. I admit we haven't
seen each other much lately, what with me being posted to Red Dwarf and you
deciding to settle down and have a family. But we still write all the time
and your three girls are doing great."
Edwards shook her head. "I don't understand. How...?"
Katrina saw her chance. Edwards was confused, so that made her vulnerable. DK
drop kicked her right in the face. Edwards was down for the count.
DK looked down on her. "Boy, what a gullible girl. Sisters. Huh! Don't
believe everything you hear." And with that, Dark Katrina continued up to the
drive room, Allie's light-bee still tucked safely in her mouth.
<Sorry if that's not how you envisioned our encounter, Andy, but DK's gotta
get to the drive room. If you want, we'll meet up again later.>
