So the Aeron's were going to put some great big engines on Blue Dwarf. This needed some right good computational skills. But they were all out of that so Phil had to use his brain instead.
 
He sat down and with a pad and paper(Space Corp Directive 12578.67 "Every vessel must have at least 4 sheets of A4 paper and a pen on board at all times. A crayon may be substitued in times of emrgency supplies")
 
"Let's see," Phil drew a rough sketch of BD on the paper and made some calculayions*
 
"Let x = 67 and y= a lemon constant and $ is a small off duty traffic warden..."
"Mumble...mumble,gibber, mumble"
 
Phil suddenly realsied something
 
"Captain!!!" shouted Phil
 
Niples stuck his head round the dor frame.
 
"Yes Phil, what is it?"
 
"We're going have to majorly reinforce the dwarf before those engines are attached!"
 
"Why?"
 
"Because if we don't balance the engines properly on a reinforced hull, the engines will tear the ship apart..."
