Captain's log, Entry date 19th August 2101
 
Well, a lot has happened since my last log entry so I will try and record a summary of the past few week's events. Basically, we were ordered to an area of space we had previously known to be inhabited by a race- or army of creatures with huge spider-like space ships. Tempting fate, we actually managed to be confronted by two of these huge spider ships who immediately attacked us. In order the save the Blue Dwarf we went through some kind of huge 'gate' in space which brought us to inside of a planet's atmosphere, somewhere we still havn't been able to figure out.
 
Naturally, not being able to maintain altitude in a planet's gravity-well we had to make an emergency landing in an ocean. Where we are now sinking. The situation is mainly under control now though, by attaching balloons to the outer hull and bailing out all un-necessary items we are more or less floating stabally.
 
Note to self: I am going to have to sort out a new girl Joanne Peiades who came aboard just before we came through the spacegate. She's an honourary member of the crew at the moment, just to help us out- but after this ordeal is over I was wondering about asking her to stay for good.
I have also heard about another new crewmember, a cat of some sort. Or maybe that was just an optimistic description of her good looks.
 
Whitewolf's team has dissapeared, and a team has been sent to find them. So far with no look. And further problems, the persona's of Trisees and Shakespeare have been separated from the same body with unfortunate results. It looks bad for both of them, they have been put in stasis until a cure can be found. I sincerely hope they will both recover, I'd hate to loose a good doctor and a brilliant scientist, and two such charismatic people.
 
And to make matters worse, the 'voice of death', deceased security officer Doom Harbinger seems to have come back from the afterlife and will haunt us all once again with his bizarre unholy chants. That's all we need.

After a few minutes of flying at breakneck speed, the 'bug rattling as it strained to give Jay the speed he was asking for Alota spoke again."Guys," she said, sounding worried "There's more of things under the water, looks like they're heading for the Blue Dwarf!"
 
 
***One of the lower engineering decks***
Katy Roskev, chief engineer
 
Katy had finished welding the panels on the outer hull wall, and the water had finally stopped leaking. It was typical, as soon as you weld one hole up- another appears, spraying water across the room. Katy's feet were already wet from the pool of water that hd collected in this room, despite it being supposedly airtight.
 
With the wall finally fully patched up, the chief engineer picked up her tools and headed towards the door. Taking one last glance at the wall she had spent all day on. It had been patched so many tomes that even the patches had patches.
 
Then the wall exploded.
 
A wave of water knocked the engineer over, throwing her to the back wall.
As the water subsided, Katy covered her eyes as light from outside poured through the newly-created hole in the wall. The hole was just on the waterline and Katy saw the horizon bobbing up and down outside, but it was what was in front of the horizon that worried her most.
 
A submarine surfaced from the depths of the ocean, presumably the cause of the gaping hole.
Katy then watched as menacing soldiers clambered through the holes, wearing thick diving gear which looked very unusual to her. Normal wetsuits didn't have holes in the back where a scaly fish fin poked out of.
The group of soldiers stood in the hole, more were climbing in behind them.
 
One which looked most like a leader removed his scuba helmet, revealing a face with green fishy skin and webbed ears.
He saw Katy, who was trying to stand up.
 
"I am Drappesh of the Eniram Emperium, we believe that this ship is a new war-machine built by the Aeron scum. So you will be destroyed!"
He took a glinting harpoon gun from one of his fellow soldiers and aimed it at Katy Roskev.
