Newt-on\'s Four-Hundredth Law

"No! NO!" yelled Keto as Tara reached forward with the lipstick.
He brought his arm round to try to push her away. Unfortunately he
(and Tara) had both forgotten the ointment bottle in his left hand.
*SMASH!*
There was a hiss, and then a gasp from the onlooking Coffey, DJ and
Phil...and a concerned rustle from the Tree.
Keto glanced down, eyes passing over the shattered remnants of the
bottle in his hand. Down on the floor, amidst a puddle of Newt
Ointment, stood a very small, very surprised, newt.
"Oh...my....GOD WHAT'VE YOU DONE!?" said Coffey, rising to her
feet. Keto shrugged.
"It was her own fault," he said, straightening his
collar, "Besides, it'll wear off in about 23 hours...and don't worry,
she can't get stepped on or anything like that, unfortunately,
because while she's got the physical form of a newt she's still got
the mass of a human being..."
"I can't believe you just did that!" said Coffey, still staring at
the Tara-Newt. "I'm going to go tell the captain!"
"WHAT!?" yelled Keto as Coffey headed for the door, "You can't do
that!"
"And what exactly are you going to do to stop me?" asked Coffey.
Keto glanced down at the remains of his ointment bottle, and smiled
coldly. There was still a little ointment caught around the rim.
"Prepare to be newted!" he said, and raised the bottle above his
head.
It was at that point that the Tara-Newt sought to get her own back,
and leapt at Keto's foot. The net effect was of a fully-grown young
woman's mass hitting the doctor in a very small point - and all the
force concentrated into the one impact area.
Keto yelled, his foot slipping backwards, and involuntarily let go
of the remnants.
There was another *SMASH!*
Phil, Coffey and the Tree looked down again.
"I think we really do need to tell someone about this," said
Coffey, as the Tara-Newt and Keto-Newt began to hiss at each other.

both to turn into newts! :)
