Donover saw this child dancing around in a happy manner, or he's been
the victim of one of Keto's otiment experanment.
Considering the kid to be no trouble, not that proved truth when he
was asked by one of the ship's school to give a presentation on the
security department, Donover luck struck again, they tied him up,
nicked his wallet and left him hanging up side-down from the ceiling.
However Donover didn't know who this kid was and gave him the benefit
of the doublt.
