OOC- New character: Mr Dingles

I'd like everyone to welcome aboard a very strange character to say the
least, Mr Dongles is a Mechanoid Parrot. Maybe he can become the Parrotts
bar mascot?
ANyway, I know this player from my other RPG and he's a good guy, just dont
metion cough cough ::Australian bartenders:: cough cough.

Species: Mechanoid Parrot
Physical Description: A mechanoid parrot with no
feathered covering, an ultra ugly replacement beak
after the last one was torn off while he was trying to
violate a food outlet, and creepy little red eyes.
Personality: Mr Dingles cares not for the time
honoured tradition of manners, polite conversation and
other such things as befits the 'stinking simion
smegheads', and prefers to take up vangatge points
where he can biff items stolen from various sources
around the ship.
