Protection Money...

Kayn was sitting down in control of the ship again when a security officer walked over to him
 
"New Policy... give me 500 dollerpounds or i break your legs"
 
Kayn had heard the new policy... everyone was being taxed for protection money, and he had spent a good hour thinking of a plan. He turned arround and looked at the officer "500? Why 500?"
THe security officer looked puzzled
 
"The medibay charges about 300 for a leg opperation... so if i don't give you the money i'm saving 200... then there's compensation, insurance... all the rest of it, so then I'll save, say, 500 overall... your following this right?"
"Erm..."
"So if I save 500 dollerpounds... how much would I have given you?"
"Nothing..."
"So you'll have broken my legs for nothing. Have a nice day..."
The security officer started to walk out, stopped, turned round and said
"But do you trust the medi-bay team?"
 
Kayn handed the man five hundred dollerpounds and tried to think of a new plan for next week...
