WHEN: After Mike learns of his wonderful opportunity..
Mike was suprised at his enthusiasim of cleaning a house.
But his mind wasn't on cleaning, there was three things on his mind,
Free of his room/prison
The Captain is coming

"Make sure that vase is clean, and that ornament, and dont sweep dust under
rugs or couches!"
"Damn, Uncle Stewie knows me already" Mike muttered.
"He really does want this house clean, and I bet the Captain will comment on
the state of the house, and I bet Uncle Stewie will take the credit, but
I'll but in and say that I did the cleaning and hell think something good of
me! Wait a second, if I proved myself enough, he might make me something
important, like a fighter pilot or something of high rank! Then Uncle Stewie
will think twice before bossing me around!"
Mike smiled his evil smile.....
