Demented Fairy? Nah...

The wings were a nice touch. They'd really come out well considering
that Zodar had made them from scratch.
"They go on like this!" Chris pointed out as he tried the fairy wings
on in demonstration. He'd already put on the tutu. Just to test it.
That's all. Now there was a debate over how the wings should sit.
"But they should be lower." Alota pointed out. Chris adjusted the
wings slightly.
"Why am I doing this? You're the one who's got to wear them." Said
Chris, noticing a few sets of eyes were on him. He looked at the
costume he was wearing. A shiver went down his spine. It had to come
off. That very moment.
"Here. The wings work. Try it all on." Said Chris, rushingly taking
the costume off and giving it to Alota.
"I think it'd look better on you. hehe..." Joked Alota, taking the
wings.
"As if." Zodar replied, bluntly. "I've already spent too much time in
it as it is." They laughed. "Could I have the wings back? That one's
not stitched right." Chris pointed to the wing that appeared
perfectly normal.
"Yeah, but there's nothing wrong with it." Alota said, reluctantly
handing the wings back. Zodar began to look the wings over. He
noticed that the costume Alota was working on was nearing completion.
"Is it ready?" Zodar pointed at the costume.
"Nah. Just wait, will ya? I've gotta fix this." Said Alota, noticing
Zodar's impatient look. "Hey, don't get that way with me. You're
taking forever to finish those wings and you've only just finished
the rest of my costume, so just back off."
Chris backtracked, "Whoa. Sorry, I'm just really excited as to how it
looks. Didn't wanna be rude or anything."
"It'll be done in a sec." Alota finished.
"Well, just so you know, your costume is as bright as I could make
it."
Alota looked over, "I can see that... looks good."
"I just hope it doesn't fall apart." Zodar said, reinforcing a few
stitches on the wing.
"Me too." Said Alota.
