At the medi-bay

Cerebrum walked into medi-bay, which was deserted. He idly wondered
why there weren't any on-duty doctors or nurses, while also idly
pocketing a few laser scalpels and the two cold-fusion generators he
hadn't taken earlier.
In his search for someone who could give him money, he wandered into
Dr Keto's office. On the desk was a computer. As he looked at it, he
remembered that a computer wasn't among the equipment that was in the
psychiatric department. He quickly checked the see whether it was
bolted down or not. It wasn't. A look outside determined that no one
was nearby. Cerebrum then grabbed a push-cart from the medi-bay and a
sheet from a bed.
Ten minutes later Cerebrum was back in the medi-bay, looking
innocent, and the psychiatric department had a new computer.
