I have the date that we're going to Alton Towers. It'll be on the 27th of this month which is a week tomorrow (Wednesday).
If anyone's interested at going at the same time you'll have to make your own travel arrangements and we can meet there. If everyone who's interested tells me, then I'll make a list of who (if anyone) I can expect, and then we'll arrange contacts and stuff :-)
In the meantime I'm pursuading Harris/Andrew to actually go on some rides while he's there, it'd be pointless if he went and then did bugger all for the rest of the day!!

Hello all, this is your Captain speaking..no not the hamster, the other one!!When my college course finsishes we are arranging a trip to Alton Towers and I was wondering if anyone from the BD was thinking about going on the same day and we can meet up. (I'm afraid this offer only applies to the residents in the UK, as everyone else has quite a bit further to travel!If you dont know what Alton Towers is, it's a theme park full of rides, extorsionate fast food restaurants and puking little kids. (as all theme parks are!)I'm still not sure about the exact date, but it'll be somewhere within the next 2 to 3 weeks. So if anyone wants to go at the same time, keep me posted and I think we'll have to organize swapping mobile phone numbers as we obviously wont be able to e-mail when we're there!!I'll get the date when Its organized, but I thought I'd give you all advance warning first :-)It should be a fun day out, I went on the oblivion last year and loved it!!
