Virus alert

If anyone gets any suspicious looking e-mails from me, dont open them
or download them to your hard drive as I've contracted a particularly
nasty virus.
It's changed all of my MP3's and picture files into copies of the
virus itself, so I've basically lost all of the pictures I've made
and i can't even listen to any music!!!
I'll try and get it sorted out asap, as I think it might send e-mails
to everyone in my address book. So be careful everyone ;-)
