Evil Phil and the hostage crisis in the promenade...

As White Wolf finished, his comm chimed, he turned and reached over
to activated it, "Yes? This is acting Captain White Wolf."
Tiny's voice replied "Sorry to interupt your meeting, Captain. But
this is urgent, I've sighted Evil Phil on one of the promenade's
security camera's, and he's dangling Ms. Cleavage over the upper
lever railing, demanding CSO Phil and you to show yourselves to him,
or else."
"Thank you for the report Mr. Jackson." Replied the Huge Hamster, he
turned back to the other two officers, and Continued "Looks like my
plan has moved up. I advise you to prepare your teams, Mr. Harris,
try to get some of your men into position, while one of them informs
Evil Phil that we're on our way. Phil, you come with me. Hopefully,
our appearance can prevent Ms. Tara's death."
The overgrown hamster and Phil left the office bound for the
Promenade, while Major Harris relayed his (Harris's) orders to Mr.
Jackson.

Sometime Later in the Promenade
White Wolf and Phil carefully made thier way through the forming
crowd, until he & were within a few hundred feet of Evil Phil. Then
White Wolf yelled to Evil Phil, "You can put Ms. Cleavage down. We're
here as you demanded. What is it you want?"
Phil glanced off to side and saw a security officer moving through
the crowd opposite them, and hoping to distract EP, quickly
added "Yes, Tell us what is it you want to do with us that requires
you to keep messing with my girlfriend?"
