The Phantom strikes

Tara walked on stage, and the manager explained that 'the show must go on'.
"But sir what about the Phantom" said Tara as her charecter Carlotta
"The Phantom of the opera is a myth... you will still be the lead role, and Christine the second leading role!" said the manager in a managerial tone. Tara walsed off stage her part was done for the moment.
Tara had butterflies when the lights dimmed she had to walk on and do her solo. She got stage fright and threw up in a nearby bucket. The lights dimmed and she walked on feeling a bit better. She sung in the best voice she could "This is the age of kings and the age of empires" she paused then continued just like it said on the song sheet "Il muto, Il muto, Il muto must lead the way". 'Behind Tara was the backstage area where the stage hand got killed. He walked on whisteling with a broom sweeping the floor. A bucket fell on his head... it was the bucket Tara had thrown up in, the bucket poured it's contents on the actors head. The weight of the bucket and sick knocked him out for real so adding to the effect he was supposed to be dead. Tara continued acting anyway even though she was a bright shade of red. She pretended to lose her voice as the comotion went on behind her and someone shouted "He's dead!" Tara ran off stage in tears.
