"This is what we have to do," DJ started. "We must find anomalies in
the landscape. Look around and try to find something that doesn't
look right. Maybe a square rock or a garden run by plants growing
people. Could be anything. When you see something out of place, you
say 'Hey, that's wrong!' and it disappears. The harder it is to spot,
the more points you get when you do spot it. Occasionally, obstacles
will be thrown out in front of us by creatures that don't count as
anomalies. Each time you trip, you lose points. Oh yeah, and
sometimes, in the road, there will be ramps and you have to do tricks
on them for mega-points. Got it?"
Chris nodded. "Sounds fun."
DJ smiled. "Yeah, neat, huh? Oh, and no stopping. You lose a lot of
points if you stop for no reason. Okay?"
Chris nodded again. "You ready to go?"
"I was born ready," DJ returned. "I'm going to whip your ass, Zodar,"
she added, grinning.
