Quiz me on a Sunday ....

Stewie was whistling the tune to "Tell me on a Sunday" while he finished off
writing his quiz. It was based on quotes heard exclusively from the
lost ship Red Dwarf. He picked it up, read through it and exclaimed,
"I bet you nobody will get 11/11 - besides me of course! Ha!"
He sent the quiz through the e-mail. The message read this:
