let's see, Dr. Keto rubs some experimental ointment on the hedgehog (you shoulda done it the OTHER WAY you moron) and puts it on one of those little treadmill thingys with the electrodes that go on the critter's head and to his surprise the hedgehog turns blue and starts going like 400 miles an hour... no wait now where did I ever hear that story from? and where do Phil, Niples, and the banana fit in...
