Kayn had kept his title of the undesputed master of every legal VR game on Blue Dwarf - with his best score ever. He had to remember to apologise to Jay about the unfortunate Vampire business... later... he was busy with the final check with the robot
 
"OK Efof...final check" Kayn said "Diamond drill connected?"
"Check"
"Armour fixed?"
"Check"
"Tank Tracks on?"
"Working and ready"
"And the engine?"
"Whats an engine? OH! THAT!"
 
Kayn frowned. His perfect day was spoilt by his incompetant ffionian friend. He walked over to Efof and smiled
"Fix the robot Efof"
"But I'm on my break!"
"Well get used to it. It's a human invention called OVERTIME without pay"
"But that's not fair"
"If you don't I'll do all I can to get you fired..."
"Erm..."
"Out of a guasson shotgun into the nearest star"
"...ouch"
"Don't worry... It'll be fine"
"What if it isn't?"
"Then I'll start work on a guasson shotgun shell that will fit an ffionian!"
 
(Well there HAD to be a disaster story - just like in Robot Wars... Can Efof install the engine in time? Is Kayn a better RC driver than a pilot? Will ODT win or die...trying...)
