Tales of grandeur

Kayn walked into Parrotts, the first thing he saw was Jay, telling the tale of how he won the 'space race' to a group of junior officers, and some of the female crew, 'telling' and 'exaggerating' were two different things, and in all honesty the latter was more true, kayn couldnt' deal with Jay's smug attitude so he just took a seat at the bar, hoping not to be seen by the cocky Chrysler
"And Ladies, if you'll look to your left you will see the little fella himself!" came Jays voice, suddenly, Kayn suddenly felt VERY aware that someone was staring at thim, in fact the entire population of parrots were staring, sniggering, what exactly had Jay been telling them?
Jay came across, "Sorry, buddy," he said, "I just cant resist the attention!"
"How about I buy you a drink, no hard feelings?"
"Fair enough" said Kayn, "i'll have a beer"
Kayn accepted the drink, he was happy to be friends with Jay, but first there was the small matter of revenge!
