Judgeing the contest

Smegg came up with the idea. So it should be natural that he decide how it
should be run.
But I'll put in my two cents anyway. A good way to do it would be for everyone
to post how their robots work(weapons, tricks, gadgets, etc.). Then, Smegg, and
if he wants to elect a board of judges from nonpartiscipating crew members,
could judge how effective each bot would be against its opponents or by random
roll of the dice, flip of the coin, or throw of a dart on a sheet of paper.
This way no one can write about how their robot devestated the competion by
blowing them all to kingdom come. If anyone can come up with a better way,
let's hear it. We need some way to handle this thing.
