Real cases, Real people, Judge Anglasaark pt. II (continued)

OOC - I Hope I understood the previous post right, Because I'm
assuming that WW is representing securitys side of the case and Mr.
Ramu Bangladesh and Lawerence are representing Stewie's side.
Plus I'm going to break this in more than one posting, because I
don't have one piece I'd like to have yet, and I would like to give
other people a chance to include themselves like schweeble did!

White Wolf enters the courtroom, and Judge Anglasaark eyes him
sternly while stating "Your Late, you better have a good reason."
The 6'1" hamster looks annoyed while replying "I'm sorry your honor,
But I made the mistake of asking Holly to direct me to the court
room. And because of that, I wound up in one of the empty court
rooms. Naturally, I waited for a while, because I did arrive an hour
early, But I had no idea that I was directed to the incorrect court
room So when I realised I was in the incorrect courtroom, I had to
search for the correct court room myself since I couldn't rely on
Hollys directions."
Holly appeared on one of the Court room, and said defensively "Why
does everyone think I know the way around the ship? I don't get to
wander around the ship in a robot's body, so how am I supposed to
know how to get around the blue dwarf? Granted, I've got a 6000 IQ..."
"See what I mean, Sir?" Said the Hamster
"Why didn't you use the bloody ship maps in your data banks?!?"
Blurted Judge Anglasaark towards the monitor with Holly on it.
"Because I couldn't find those either, and I'm searching for those
ship maps as we speak, but I'm quite sure I haven't misplaced them
somewhere my index of seldom used facts and trivia. Did you know that
there's a tale about a ..."
"Nevermind!" Barked Judge Anglasaark, then turning to White Wolf and
continuing "Alright, Mr. White Wolf your Tardiness is excused. Now,
Shall we continue with this trial? We were about to swear in Miss
Lloyd for questioning by Mr. Bangladesh."
The huge hamster quickly sat down at the prosecution table, and
pulled out his notepad for take notes, and seeing stewie return to
the other table, the overgrown quickly asked "Your Honor? I would
like to reveiw the court transcript of the testimony that was given
so far and may I speak with Miss Lloyd before she's sworn in so I can
properly advise my client?"
"Very well, but please make it quick." replied the Judge while
sighing a little.
Penny Lloyd then quickly went over to the table, while the huge
hamster brought up the testimony given so far on a nearby court
computer terminal and they spoke in lowered voices for a few moments.
Then Penny Lloyd approached the stand again, and quickly got sworn in.
Mr. Bangladesh began "Do you remember the night of the 5th, Miss
Lloyd?"
"Yes."
"Were you in attendance of the party."
"Yes."
"Did you imbib of the punch or any of the other alcoholic beverages."
"Objection! The Counsel is equating the punch with Alcoholic
beverages, and it has not been determined whether the punch was
*actually* spiked due to the fact one of the evidence technicians
drank all the remaining liquid from the bowl along with the malts
that were to be submitted as evidence according to this report."
Interupted the huge hamster while offering the report to the court
recorder.
"Sustained. Mr. Bangladesh would you please restate your question."
Replied the Judge.
"Very Well, Miss Lloyd, did you imbib any of the alcoholic Beverages
at the party?"
"No, I did not."
"Do you think any of the other security officers may have?"
The Huge hamster interupted again, "Objection! The Counsel is asking
Miss Lloyd to speculate."
"Sustained. The court is only interested in the facts, Mr.
Bangladesh." Intoned the judge.
"Then I withdraw the question your honor."
"Miss Lloyd, Did you see any of the security officers imbibbing any
Alcoholic beverages."
"No, I don't believe I saw any of the other officers imbibbing
either."
"Miss Lloyd, your under oath!"
"As I said, I don't believe I saw any of the other officers imbibbing
any Alcoholic Beverages!"
"Miss Lloyd, How can you say that? The Security team trashed my
clients store with reckless abandon - How could they do that without
being drunk?"
"Objection! The counsel has *not* provided any evidence of any member
of the Security team acting recklessly, and is therefore tainting my
clients testimony with supposition." Interupted the overgrown hamster
again.
"Sustained. Mister Bangladesh, would you please stick with the
facts?" Intoned the judge.
"Your Honor, I would like to submit that the court treat Miss Lloyd
as a hostile witness and be granted leeway in questioning."
White Wolf suddenly stood up, "Your Honor, I request the counsel
provide proof to the court of his accusation."
Bangladesh turned red faced and Shouted at the huge hamster "Your
purposely being a dink, you fetid rodent!!!"
White Wolf turned towards him and replied, "I believe that's slander,
Mr. Bangladesh, Would you like to go for assasination of character?"
"I'll show you Assasination!" Yelled Bangladesh raising his fist as
he started walking over to the hamster, as some of the trial audience
began Booing and catcalling him, a few Bailifs quickly stepped
forward to restrain Mr. Bangladesh and keep the crowd at bay.
"Order! Order in the court" Yelled the judge, while slamming the
gavel several times.
When the crowds settled down, the judge spoke while wagging a gavel
at Ramu, "Mr. Bangladesh, One more outburst like that from you and
I'll cite you for contempt and throw you out of the court,
Understood?"
Ramu stepped back from some the Bailiffs and tried smoothing his
suit, and eplied "Yes your Honor, May I ask for a recess while I
collect myself?"
The Judge looked at his watch and noted the time, "Since I don't want
to miss my lunch, I grant it. The court shall adjourn for three
hours, and you better be on your best behavior by then counsel."
The courtroom quickly began to clear. And Penny stepped over to say
to the huge hamster, "Wow, You really got him."
"I hope I can keep him off balance. Now, I'm going to try an make use
of this recess and have that talk with Cubie & Zack if I can." As the
Hamster grabbed up his notes, and headed out of the door.

OOC - I'm still waiting on Zack's response for this next little
piece. But, If you want Stewie, you can add some more testimony for
your side (and including schweebles testimony), and I'll wrap up my
next segment later!
