Simmer of the month, and a few other things

Dear crew, 2 things I want to say.....
It's long overdue for me to announce the simmer of the month award, which I
think this month is so tight that I'll have to award it to 2 people
together, because I can't decide who is better!
The simmer of the month award for February 2000 goes to Dirk Bell and Jacob
Stone!!!!!!!! *Tada!*
These two have been great this month, and have imroved considerably since
they joined. I just don't know how much better they're going to get!
Stone really made me laugh when he was stranded on the planet, and Dirk has
been a great sport with bringing Dren into the group.
Congratulations bothe of you, and keep up the great work!!
Secondly I took down the 'Blue Dwarf Times' newspaper feature because of
lack of interest and also because I didn't have enough time or creativity to
continue writing articles for it.
If anyone feels that they could do a better job, E-mail me and we'll see
about giving you the rights to the BD times and you can create your own BD
times website and I'll also allow you the forwarding address
www.times.jmcbluedwarf.com.
If you think you've got what it takes to write fun articles and report on
activity on the BD, just let me know.
The party posts have been great, if ssome of you havn't been working
together and getting to know each other (as a character and in real life)
then this is a perfect time. Thanks to Smegg for starting the ball rolling
for the 'Robot Wars' plot which looks like it'll be a great hit.
I hope everyone tries to team up with someone rather than doing it alone, it
should be more fun that way! :-)
I think the contest will take place at the end of this month, we need
someone to host the competition forst, I was hoping someone would find a
holographic disk of Dave Lister (as His actor, Craig Charles hosts Robot
Wars in the UK, and I thought it would be appropriate!)
