I hope you guys are cool with a modern tropical resort! It's got the same level of tech that Earth had when we left, hence being a "modern" resort. You've got free rooms and a crap-ton of Resort Cash to blow through!

After Artemis ordered the resort the crew started going their separate ways. Eve was so excited she almost wet herself at the idea of a resort paradise. This would be her first vacation with Jaxx since their marriage. Jaxx of course was completely clueless to what a resort was so he nervously asked Evelina, "Yo like Evebabe wuts a retort?" Evelina giggled as she replied, "Sweety it's called as resort. It's like the spa we went to only much bigger." Jaxx thought for a minute before he replied, "Gnarly Evebabe. So we can swim all day?" Evelina smiled as she replied, "Well we could, but don't you think we should do other stuff too?" Jaxx looked around and whispered, "Do I have ta wear the Santa suit again? It totally made my skin all itchy and stuff?" Evelina looked around to see if anyone was listening around before she replied, "Jaxx Sweety we agreed not to mention this topic in public and yes have to wear what I tell you to." Jaxx sighed as he replied, "Yes Evebabe." Evelina smiled and replied, "Your so sweet Jaxx. I promise to make it up to you." Then Evelina kissed Jaxx on the lips before she said, "Let's get a room and go shopping." Jaxx nodded with a big goofy grin as Evelina grabbed his hand and pulled him along. Jaxx followed Evelina as she checked then into their room.

As they carried their small duffle bags to their room on the 13th floor, they noticed the had the whole floor to themselves. As the bellhop explained Evelina and Jaxx realized that humans were afraid of the 13th floor due to superstition so they turned it into one super awesome room for the rare non superstitious types. As Evelina and Jaxx looked around they saw the room had a tropical beach theme to it, the room had a wave pool with white sand around it on one side of the room and a beach house on the other side. Inside the beach house was a double king sized bed, a small kitchen and a spa in the bathroom. It was called the Tropical Paradise suite and Jaxx was as happy as a kid in a candy store as he ran and dove into the pool. Evelina smiled as she looked at the bellhop and said, "Well doesn't he look happy." Then Evelina gave the bellhop a tip as she escorted him out the door. After looking at Jaxx, Evelina stripped down to her micro bikini and ran after Jaxx to play. Evelina wasted no time jumping in the pool after Jaxx. As Evelina had a splash fight with Jaxx she was happy to see him so relaxed around her. Seeing Jaxx happy warmed her heart and made her feel happy as well. After seeing she was not going to win the splash fight Eve pretended to get water in her mouth and turned to fake a cough. When a concerned Jaxx got closer to check on Evelina she turned to him with a devilish smile and hugged him closely as she planted a passionate kiss on his lips. Jaxx looked at Evelina nervously as he asked, "Like do I have ta wear a costume now? Evelina shook her head no as she said, "Shhhhhh." Once again Jaxx was in his happy place as he accepted Evelina's sweet loving embrace.

After Jaxx and Evelina enjoyed themselves in the wave pool she suggested they do some shopping and then do some sun bathing by the beach outside. At the gift store Evelina bought some sandals, a sun hat, a pair of rose colored shades, a thin semi transparent red and orange wrap skirt and thin semi transparent blue cover up top that showed off her awesome cleavage. Jaxx smiled at Evelina as he said, "Like wow Evebabe you look awesome!" Evelina blushed as she replied, "Thanks Jaxx. Did you want to get anything here?" Jaxx looked around and picked out a pair of black shades and put them and replied, "I'll be back." Evelina giggled and replied, "Your so funny Jaxx. did you want anything else?" Jaxx looked around and replied, "Well I like could go for some munchies and stuff." Evelina then remembered they needed food for the ship so she and Jaxx looked at the snack section and ordered a few cases of beef jerky and dehydrated fruits and vegetables to be sent to their ship. Then they ordered several vegetarian submarine sandwiches and a few blueberry daiquiris to be sent to them while they did some sun bathing. In the distance they saw Artemis and his family enjoying their time their time in the sun.

After Jaxx and Evelina left the hotel and found the beach full of umbrellas, beach towels and lawn chairs and picked a nice location. Then Evelina removed her cover up and skirt as she settled down on her folding chair. Jaxx looked at Evelina and got a little excited which made it hard to hide in a speedo so he decided to sit down on his lawn chair till he could regain his composure. It wasn't long before the sandwiches and drinks arrived to Jaxx's relief. After eating their fill Jaxx and Evelina enjoyed their blueberry daiquiris. Being a pair of GELFs the alcohol took longer to affect them and after six plus daiquiris each. Jaxx was feeling real good at this point as he seemed more confident and intelligent for once. Evelina was amused by the antics of her slightly drunken husband. After a while they needed to empty their bladders and made their way to the hotel after Evelina put on her skirt and cover up. Unfortunately Jaxx got lost and the two of them found themselves in the casino part of the hotel.

After finding the bathrooms Jaxx and Evelina looked around the casino and saw Jay, Cass, Tara, Jamie, Artemis and some of the other crew mates. Evelina looked at Jaxx and asked, " Should we join them?" Jaxx looked at Jay using his charm on the others and then at Cass before he replied, "Like I dunno Evebabe. They totally look like they are having fun without us." Evelina the said, "Come on Jaxx Jay said we need to be part of the crew when do group events." Jaxx sighed and replied, "Fine Evebabe, but don't be surprised when they bail around me." Evelina replied, "Don't be such a Negative Nancy. Come on then." Evelina smiled as she took Jaxx by the arm to approach Jay and the others from behind. Evelina was about to greet Jay till he made snide comment.

“Got to admit Artemis” Plisken said as he threw back another Whiskey. “This isn’t a bad choice of resort. Beaches, Adventure, Nightlife. It’s got it all.”
“Yeah” Jay added “Could be worse. Imagine if Jaxx or Eve had chosen, judging by their recent form we’d all be putting our car keys in a fishbowl…aww smeg. Red?!"
Cass smirked.

Evelina dropped her jaw after hearing Jay's comment and was in shock that Jay of all people would say something like that about her and Jaxx. After all the crap Jay had given them for not making the effort to get close to the crew, he of all people would say such a hurtful thing. Jaxx was confused by Jay's comment about getting him a fishbowl full of keys and was about to ask him when Evelina pulled him away and shook her head no as she made the Shhh gesture putting her finger on her lips. Jaxx was confused but did what Evelina said as she pulled him by the arm to a different part of the casino. Evelina was not sure if any of the others saw her and Jaxx standing behind Jay when they left and at that point she didn't care. Evelina was hurt that her Captain was just like the other guys in the crew before she was frozen in stasis. In the past many of the males treated her like a whore and expected her to be easy since she was a GELF and many of the females hated her for getting more attention from the males since she was always pretty. Jaxx asked, "Like wuts the deal Evebabe? Did Jay dude make ya mad by asking for a fishbowl with keys?" Evelina thought about telling Jaxx what the meaning of the fish bowl full of keys comment but then she imagined an angry Jaxx hoisting Jay by the throat and crushing it in a fit of anger as he pounded Jays head into pulp. So despite her hurt feelings Evelina said, "We will leave them be for now. How about the two of us enjoy our vacation without them." Jaxx shrugged as he replied, "Umm like sure Evebabe. That's cool." Jaxx was relieved not having to be social with Cass after remembering the look she gave him as she was aiming her pistol at him back on Fernando's. Despite Cass telling Jaxx she didn't hate him but feared him, seeing the look she gave him while pointing her pistol at him didn't help matters. Jaxx was almost positive she was debating on pulling the trigger. It wasn't long before Evelina and Jaxx headed to the slot machines. With just one token Evelina won 100,00 tokens. Jaxx and Evelina did their best to be happy but it was obvious they just wanted to be alone.
