Work to be Done/Lab Announcement

OOC-I only tagged everyone because I'm not sure if everyone is going to breakfast (I know that Jade/Phil/Jaxx/Evelina are) but I just wanted to have all my bases covered. Also, let me try to recount the order of events just so we're sure what time of day it is! We arrived around midnight and were sentenced around then. After everything (sentencing, punishing, assigning, other things ending in 'ing') it's now breakfast and everyone is starting work. This takes place about half an hour after Artemis and Frank Cadbury met up, they enter the dining hall right as everyone else arrives.

Artemis and Frank entered the dining hall.

"...so basically Lindstrom saved you from before the explosion in the lab? Is that why the generators were never shut down?" Artemis said, trying to clarify what his formerly deceased (or rather never deceased at all) assistant had told him.

"Yeah...one minute I'm grabbing the toggle switch, next thing I know I'm with Dr. Lindstrom" Frank said.
"That rectum! If you had killed the generators the accident never would have happened! I could have gone into stasis with the others, or even hopped off that tub before the Cadmium leak!"
"If it makes you feel any better he kept me in stasis until you arrived...."
"How long have you been in stasis?"
"I don't know....13?"
"13 what?"
"Hmm?"

To test a theory, Artemis poked Frank in the eye. The dimwitted assistant didn't flinch.

"Frank I think you have brain damage..."

There was a commotion from across the hall. Jaxx had some guy by his daddy bags. Upon releasing him, and cuddling up to Evelina, he received a vicious shock from the control collar.

"....though not as much as the others if they don't start behaving themselves" He said, watching Jaxx recover from the shock, and looking to Phil and Jade.

Artemis looked at Frank's collar, and noticed a few lights. "Frank...you were bad?"

"Yeah, I remembered how much I hated Dr. Lindstrom when we worked at Charon so I tried to bite his fingers off...numerous times. Why don't you have any lights?"

"I'm...saving them for later" Artemis said.

After getting some food the two men joined Jade and some smeghead he didn't know.

"Hello Dr. Black, and uh...you. How are we fairing so far?" Artemis said.

"It could be worse...." Jade said.

"So, who is this fellow?" asked Frank, whom Jade only barely recognized.

"I don't know, but he's looking..."

Lindstrom arrived and interrupted Jade.

"Hello Dwarfers and...company. I would like to extend you the same invitation that I extended dear Artie earlier..." he turned to make sure the others were listening.

"you're all welcome to join me for dinner, provided that you behave yourselves. I'm looking forward to having you. Artemis, Frank, you have work in half an hour...eat quickly" Lindstrom turned and left.

"Urgh, him and that girlish walk of his...." Artemis said, stabbing a spoon into his gruel angrily. The spoon broke when Artemis tried to pull it out. "Well...I guess I'm just having the toast then"
