Time for a Command Decision?

OOC Note: Many apologies beforehand - I was writing this up a slight back post to tie in what White Wolf was doing & try to put people & places to things while tying up various loose ends, then Locke's multiple posts popped in. Hopefully, My much revised post will still make sense and bring me up to date.

"Right. That's it. By the power vested in me as a Doctor on board this vessel, Captain Chrysler you are temporarily removed from command pending medical investigations." She turned to the giant hamster "I believe this makes you in charge now Captain Wolf? I need to get him to a medical bay. I believe that Dr Keto's training facility exactly mirrors the actual medical bay? It shouldn't be too far to go, given that Dr Keto selfishly ejected the real medi-bay."

The oversized Hamster scratches behind his ear as he replies, "Technically, my rank in the Roo Space Navy is Fleet Admiral, and since I was listed as KIA when I was Captain BD with the JMC, I'm sure how that applies to any cross treaty... Oh, what the Smeg?"

White Wolf turns and contemplates Justin's assault course while a few bad memories of his various experiences during the Roo inter-dimensional wars drift through his memory particularly the basic training bits. He noncommittally shrugs while quickly mapping out a route through Justins array of lethal looking obstacles before dropping to all fours and rapidly bolting his way through the huge stampers, slashers, cutters, flame throwers and dicers.

Jamie slammed his hand down on the flat top of the circular saw blade, and removed himself from the situation swiftly. As he had predicted, the joint sheared itself. The saw blade catapulted itself off the wall, carving its way down the first section of the assault course that Jaxx had missed. It tore through a couple of other blades before shattering against the far wall.

"See?" Jamie said. "I wasn't making any of it up." Of course, it wasn't all great news - there was a slow stream of blood dripping down his fingers to the floor, but he had made his point.

At this time, he turned back around to face Justin, hoping that his display had enraged the idiot hologram enough to create a distraction for everyone else to get through. Maybe the rogue circular saw had gouged a hole big enough for them to get through, and out into the rest of the ship...

The Rotund hamster suddenly comes bounding out of another side of the course, to pause alongside Jade jogging in place and commenting, "Nothing like some daily aerobics to keep the 'ol heart rate up, right Doctor? Well, I didn't see any exits that way - Maybe there's one over there..." he started to gesture and then suddenly glances down spots some shredded fabric on his lower left paw and in a panic yells, "Hey! I lost my pants back there!"

"You don't wear pants!" Responds Jade.

"Oh Yeah." Says White Wolf reaching down & grabbing the piece of fabric from his left hind paw and holding it up for closer examination, "Then who's shredded underwear is this then?"

Everyone quickly starts to double check their trousers. But just then, Cass shows up.

Cass frowned at Jamie as the massive machine thumped across towards her
“I’ve always been in charge” she shrugged “Welcome to my ship”
Turning her attention to Doctor Black, Cass nodded towards Jay
“Is he okay to be moved?”
“He’s going to have to be” Jade sighed “The drugs I gave him will help, but he need proper facilities”
“You” Cass turned to the robot and pointed towards Jay “Take him to the med training facilities... Carefully!”
“Kill anything that gets in your way” she added

"That Bot" Says White Wolf pointing to Cass's metal monstrosity, "Is one of the reasons why even I've got reservations about you being charge, Miss Jones. Particularly, Since I can see it's a distant ancestor to the sort of Bots the Roo got into an Inter-dimensional war with. And I'd rather you have the Smegging thing clear the way in front us, While I help Jay to the Medical facilities, Alright?"

Who: Everyone EXCEPT FOR JAY
Where: Refectory
When: Early evening

White Wolf & Candice were off in a table by themselves as she & White Wolf quietly were updating each other.

"You found an Roo energy pulse bomb back on that planet? How could possibly that help Jay?" inquired Candy.

The big hamster nodded as he answered "Well, I'm thinking that since I found one back there, that must mean we're can't distant from a Roo automated defense post."

"Oh, I see your reasoning. We locate one, then swipe another one that working and then use it to possibly cure him or at the very least supply a portable way of keeping the nanophage virus in check like back on the planet."

"Uh huh. Problem is, not only would we have to risk running afoul with the outposts defenses, but we could potentially run into more advanced bot's like the one Cass has over there that are Roo enemies and wouldn't have any compunction about destroying the Blue Dwarf or killing off the human race."

"Ah well, Wouldn't that be a command decision then?"

The large Hamster grins, "We don't even know for sure who's in command, Jay, Cass, me, or whoever. Why don't we tell Cass first and see what she wants to do about it, Hmm?"

"Right. Then maybe we can something more fun afterwards." Says Candice, as they both stand up from the table and go to have a chat with Cass.
