Dwarfers to the Rescue?!?

Jay and Phil watched as Alex and Plisken were led out into the arena.
“Now.”
Jay said
“What?” Phil replied, gesturing to Jade to pull the string a bit tighter.
“NOW!” Jay said, louder.
“Chow? No…no I just ate”
“SMEGS SAKE PHIL! NOW!”
“OH right!..yeah, NOW!!”
With that, the two men shed their cloaks, and each armed with a bow and quiver of arrows, set off several shots into the dinosaurs that surround Alex and Plisken…..

Pandemonium suddenly broke out in the stands as the Haruk crowd went wild as an unexpected and stunning new turn to their entertainment show took place before them below and in the upper stands amongst the surrounding crowd.

Jay quickly fired off two arrows into the dino-beast nearest to Alex's cage ball, while Phil shot his single arrow into the dino-beast currently going after Plisken's cage ball.

Phil's target, didn't seem phased at all by the arrow. On the other hand, Jay's hit his target both squarely in it's throat and in it's right eye. Neither arrow didn't immediately succeed in killing it, but it did distract it mightily as it stopped in it's pursuit of Alex's ball to savagely claw at both of the arrows, causing huge gout's of blood all over the place. Alex used this opportunity to quickly flee with his metal ball towards the edge of the arena.

Seeing this, the Haruk slavemaster jumped into the arena to give chase. It was at that moment that the Humongous Hamster popped out of his spot of concealment in the spectating crowd, quickly running along the dividing barrier of the arena behind the running Haruk. Performing a stunning jump of five complete lengths of himself into the air while brandishing his makeshift spear aimed before him, the Gigantic hamster drove the makeshift spear using his considerable 25 stone of weight down into the Haruk slavemasters' back. With a ear splitting crack, the spear snapped in two as it skewered the slavemaster to the ground, while White Wolf got face-planted rather severely.

Up above, the surprise was beginning to wear off as some of the Hurak crowd suddenly started surging towards both Phil & Jay with the intent of capturing them. Jay quickly moved off to one side and rapidly pumped two more of his arrows - burrowing them into the third dino-beasts chest. Who, sensing a meal, was now rapidly moving in for the kill towards the wounded dino-beast that was chasing Alex. Phil hastily re-loaded another arrow and took a snap shot at his target again, before having retreat from the nearest Haruk moving towards him.

Seeing the another advancing Dino-beast, Alex gulped and hauled ass as fast as he could make his cage ball go. The second dino-beast over by Plisken, pounced on the cage ball in which Plisken was desperately trying to steer away from it. Phil's arrow caught the beast in the hind quarters, causing it to land on Plisken's cage ball in a strange "poodle on a ball" like dance, rapidly spinning around Plisken dizzily inside, as it first spun it this way, and then, that way while the dino-beast was wildly attempting to maintain it's balance on top.

White Wolf was dazed, as he groggily lifted up his head and looked around at the chaos around him. He was trying to grasp what was happening. Not far away from him, the third dino-beast leapt upon Jay's now rather severely wounded dino-beast (as it had successfully ripped out both of Jay's arrows doing a lot of damage to itself in process). The third Dino-beast now began to tear the first Dino-beast apart viciously.

Dodging around several seated Haruk, moving into the open spaces he could find in the crowd, Jay lined up a shot towards the dino-beast on Plisken's cage ball and missed. "Get up, White Wolf! FUCKING GET UP!" Cursed Jay angrily as he now saw that the Haruk slavemaster was still alive and trying to extricate himself off of the spear that was pinning him down. Jay quickly tried aiming at the Haruk slavemaster, but found to his annoyance, he couldn't get a clean shot through the advancing Haruk. So, in desperation, he took a more daring snap shot.

His arrow sliced through the air and slammed into the ground next to White Wolf. That got his attention, though not as Jay intended, since White Wolf rapidly bolted in several bounds five times his length, towards the third Dino-beast then quickly scrambled up it's foreleg & onto the top of it's head in surprise.

Meanwhile, over on the other side of the stands, Phil shot an arrow into the weak spot that Jaxx had told him about on the leading Haruk heading towards him, and it let out a high pitched girlish scream as it quickly crumpled down to the ground clutching at Phil's arrow in pain. "COOL." Exclaimed Phil, "I want do that again!" as he quickly pulled out and reloaded another arrow into his bow.

Alex's cage ball soundly smacks against the arena divider wall, as he fervently looks around to see if the coast is clear.
