Egg heads.

Jacky was lying next to Molly on his left, and Seymour on his right. Seymour was sleeping quite casually, while Molly looked to have been placed in a permanent coma and was doing some heavy snoring. Jacky could not sleep. Not because of the snoring, but because of the jungle. The ground was hard and he was very frightened, even before he heard noises. Jacky simply hated woods and jungles at night.

Suddenly, Cass arose in a panic. Jacky looked over, silently, and listened on the conversation when suddenly SNAP. The sound of a twig breaking. Jacky rose up immediately, spooking the 3 awake members of the group. His heart was pounding very loud and very fast.

\"What the hell was that?\" he asked, visibly terrified.

\"Get a grip, Kong. It\'s probably an animal.\" Jaxx said.

\"That\'s what I\'m smegging afraid of, Jaxx!\" Jacky snapped back.

\"I can kill it if it comes too close.\" Jaxx said.

\"You\'re human now, Jaxx. You\'re bound by human limitations, so I don\'t think your super strength works!\"

\"Of course my super strength works, Jacky!\" Jaxx said. \"Oh, wait... does it? I never really checked.\"

\"You\'re a big help, Jaxx.\"

\"Would you two be quiet?\" Cass snapped. \"This is serious!\"

Jacky reached into his labcoat pocket. He pulled out a piece of candy, which was green apple flavored. He ate it.

\"You... you just carry around a bunch of candy?\" Jaxx asked.

\"It helps me relax.\" Jacky said.

\"...Can I have some?\" Jaxx asked.

very suddenly, there was another sound. A bush rustling, very nearby, and the breathing increased in volume.

\"Smeg, it\'s coming closer!\" Alex whispered.

Suddenly, a large brown-furred beast stumbled through the bush. It had a long snout, and mighty jaws. It was bleeding out of it\'s eyes and mouth, and it made an incredibly loud, strange noise of absolute pain that awoke everyone. It collapsed 3 feet away from Cass.

\"It\'s... dead! Something killed it!\" Cass remarked.

The body shook. Everyone was still.

\"Nobody make a sound.\" Alex said. Everyone agreed, except the still sleeping Molly, who let out a snore.

\"Wake her the smeg up!\" Jaxx snapped at Jacky. Jacky grabbed her shoulder and shook her violently. She awoke slowly.

\"Wha-... wha\'s goin on?\" she mumbled.

Jacky pointed. She looked.

\"Huh. That\'s weird.\" she grumbled.

The body of the beast shook violently before a large tuft of flesh bust open on its side. The crew all sat back, unsure of who to investigate first. Jaxx eventually, reluctantly, went forward.

\"There\'s something in here. Hold on a sec.\" Jaxx said before reaching in and tearing out a slimy egg sac.
