"Glad to hear it." she said. "Where are you going?"
"Back to my quarters. I'm going to rip off a few posters and spend some private time with myself."
"You mean...?"
"I'm going to watch a movie."
"Oh."

When Jacky returned to his room, he was startled to find himself sitting in a chair waiting for him, with combed, long hair and wearing a stylish tuxedo.
"Hi." the other Jacky said to him.
Jacky said nothing at first.
"Let me guess..." he finally began. "You're my future self?"
"Yes." Future Jacky responded.
"I've heard a lot about you." Jacky said.
"What? This is the first time I've ever gone back in time." F-Jacky said.
"Well, then later on in your time, but in the past in mine, you go back in time and help out the others on the GELF planet." Jacky said.
"Sounds like a good idea."
"But isn't revealing yourself to your past self dangerous?"
"Not always. Kind of just depends on whether or not the universe feels like it."
"Oh... so why are you here? Does something go wrong on our holiday?"
"Can't say. Well, I could, but I don't want to."
"So, yes?"
"Possibly."
"Then why are you here?"
"Because I need to give you something."
Future Jacky reached into his coat pocket and pulled out a small brown box, as well as a gun, and handed them to his past self. The pistol was a deep, dark shade of black with a scratch down the handle and a red trigger.
"A gun? No. No no no." Jacky said.
"Take it." F-Jacky said.
"I don't like guns. I mean, I do, they're cool, but I could never bring myself to own or use one. I just can't."
"You have to."
"Why?"
Future Jacky hung his head low for a second.
"You're going to have to kill someone, Jacky."
"What?! Who?!" Jacky demanded.
"Someone very close and very dear to you." F-Jacky responded, his voice shaking a little.
Jacky looked at the gun, it feeling very heavy in his hands. He did not respond for several minutes, until he noticed the small box.
"What's in the box?" he asked.
"You don't open that until after." F-Jacky explained, dead serious.
there was another brief period of silence.
"Who is it? Tell me." Jacky demanded.
"I can't." F-Jacky said, with sorrow. "You can't let any of the others know about any of this. Keep the information and items I've given you a close secret. I have to go now."
Future Jacky disappeared in a glow of light.
Jacky sat by himself for a long while in silence before he eventually stood up and grasped the box.
"Screw the future." Jacky said, as he untied the string keeping it shut.
