Re: The missile

It was then that Jay looked over and noticed him.
"What the hell are you looking at?" the boss said.
"My friend Joe Schweeble, over by the missile" came Jay's reply,
unfortunately the truth serum was still working.
The boss glanced over at the missile and saw Joe trying to hide
behind it. "GET HIM, GET HIM NOW, I want him alive for
questioning...and torturing" shouted the boss.
"Oh Smeg, i guess that diversion isn't needed anymore, i seem to have
made my own" Joe thought and ran off into the maze of corridors and
tunnels in the complex, followed by most of the other Gelfs that were
in the hanger.
As he was running he pressed the comm button.
"Ermm, well the hanger's nearly empty, just the boss and about 4
guards left, if you want to rescue Jay, now's your chance" Joe panted.
"What the hell is going on down there Schweeble" Harris's voice
crackled
"No time to explain now Major, too much running to do" Joe replied.
He rounded the next corner and ducked into a small service outlet,
seconds later the persuing gelfs ran past him, he was safe...for the
moment.
Glancing at Harris, the Huge hamster said, "This just became a rescue
mission."
White Wolf spoke over the comm to Joe, "Keep us aprised of your
position, Mr. Schweeble, we'll be there to rescue you soon."
Harris started to object.
The huge hamster paused, and severely motioned to Harris to be quiet,
and continued on the comm "Penny, You have my go ahead to rescue Jay.
I'm giving you clearance to use lethal force *if necessary* to save
your lives, otherwise only use disabling force. Do not to attempt to
capture the gelf leader if you are in danger of being captured
youself. Our priority here is to get everybody out before things go
Fubar, is that understood?"
"Understood, Sir." Replied Penny with a touch of glee, while quickly
switching her ammo to the stunner nets.
White Wolf then handed his cannon over to Harris and dropped to all
fours, "Now grab hold, your going for a ride, Mr. Blood & Guts."
Harris slung the hamster cannon over his shoulder, and trying to
straddle the big hamster while grabbing a large tuft a fur.
And White Wolf sped down the tunnel with a speed that nearly swept
Harris off the huge hamster.
"I do not like this one bit, you should be going the other way. We
should be evacuating." Said Harris breathlessly while ducking to
avoid getting clocked by some low pipes.
The hamster jumped through a series of doors, and made a drastic leap
towards the ceiling and momentarily ran across a line of pipes before
repling "Major, Listen to me! As I said many times before, trust me -
We're going to go help Joe kick some Gelf butt. We'll be fine, if you
do your part. Now shut up and get ready to shoot."
Harris had to duck again, as the hamster bounded through another
hatchway, and cursed loudly as his left shoulder got clipped because
he wasn't quick enough.
