Zack Richards Carol Jago were parading outside the front of McKenzie's with cardboard hats
proclaiming:
"Stewie for Promenade Director!"
Unknown to the public, Mr. McKenzie had bribed them both to do this.
It had been the Promenade owners who decided to put out sheets asking who would be Promenade Director.
